Shipping costs Overseas orders – Usually no problem, depending where you live, but it’s not a flat rate. Please Contact us before attempting to order, so we can set your account up with the correct freight costs. Only takes s 2 minutes. Stock lines are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Exact delivery times depend on a number of factors, including destination, weight etc. As a general rule customers should allow 3-6 business days for delivery, although it is usually much quicker than that.    Delivery time We use a highly reputable external courier service, but occasional delays are experienced during delivery which are out of our control. (such as floods, fire, industrial action, system errors and other malaise) As such we cannot accept responsibility for delays during carriage.  If the product is not in stock our sales advisors will contact you to inform you and you will always be able to cancel the order if you do not agree. The Economy courier option is preferred by us as it offers a good balance of speed, cost and traceability. This service is provided by T.N.T and FedEx. Heavy and large items, such as motors may be despatched by T.N.T and FedEx Delivery which is normally a next working day (excludes weekends) delivery service after we have despatched the item.   Orders Placed on Weekends All orders placed late on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following working day (generally a Monday unless a public holiday coincides).
